I have been a designer and developer of training programs for business organizations and non-profits for 25 years, as well as training trainers and delivering trainings personally to groups as large as 400 people. I work closely with clients to design programs that provide real-time applications to business challenges that are important and current, and that emphasize the primacy of hands-on experience over theory and didactic presentation.
