Designed Workshops to Improve Communication and Cooperation between Company and Consultants. Increased IT output by 60-100% and speed by 100% after working with company, Ryder, and Andersen Consulting to improve communications and establish common goals. Created workshops to bring IT department, company executives, and consulting firm into agreement on goals and focus.
Co-Designed Program to Alter the Culture of Performance Management. Worked on design, development and delivery teams for Effective Performance Conversations program delivered to all BP managers worldwide. Program is acknowledged in BP as having already impacted performance and performance management in the organization.

Took lead on design, development, and leader training for Conversant program The Execution Catalyst for in-house and open enrollment delivery. Program has been delivered with high ratings in Bell Canada, Ball Aerospace, Si Systems, Microsoft, and Kodak.
