than predicated. Company reduced corporate budget by $50 million, while tripling drilling
budget, allowing for redesign to matrix-based operation.
Assisted European Franchise in
Turning Around Flat Growth and Profits. Turned around flat growth and profits and achieved number one
position in worldwide sales for Dale Carnegie organization in Scandinavia and Hungary by
designing consulting/coaching programs. After two programs franchise had 12 of the top 25
individual salespeople.

Known Program that Produced Spin-off Company. Working with executive of Fortune 500 Avon Corp., created
program, "LifeDesigns," to empower women to create new opportunities for their
lives. Led to book featured on "Oprah" and PBS special based on program

Partnered with Foreign Minister of
Mid-Eastern Country to Create Workshop on Economic and Social Cooperation. Working with Shimon Peres, then Foreign
Minister of Israel, and local consultants, designed 4-day workshop to provide hands-on
planning for economic cooperation. Led to numerous projects including successful economic
development project in Gaza.
Consulted with Development Team to
Create Breakthrough Product in Record Time. Supported development team at Polaroid in creating new medical
imaging product that increased film sensitivity from market standard of 50 to 1 in four
weeks. Beat goal of developing sensitivity of 24 within one year. Worked with team members
individually and in workshops to increase communication and create product that owned the
market.
Coached European Corporate
Executives to Produce Million Dollar Results. Presented Executive Excellence Program and coached individual
executives in European Division of Eli Lilly to support achievement in creating new
distribution system. Executives found solution to problems by centralizing distribution
for all Europe and allowing for JIT distribution direct to pharmacy, with individual
end-user labels and 24-hour delivery. Company gained unbeatable edge in market leading to
several million annually in revenues.
